Queen’s University offers everything needed to host large-scale sporting events and tournaments right here on campus. Boasting a variety of state-of-the-art athletic facilities, on-site accommodations, dining halls, and meeting and banquet spaces, Queen’s provides the complete package.
Our campus is located in picturesque Kingston, Ontario, just off highway 401 between Toronto and Montreal. Kingston is also easily accessible by train and air.
According to the 2020 Canadian Sport Hosting (CSH) Index;

Queen’s Accommodations and Dining
Queen’s Residences are an affordable on-site housing solution for any large sports event during the summer months. Offering both air-conditioned accommodation in the newer buildings (1,200 beds) along with the more traditional non air-conditioned economical rooms (1,000+ beds) these on-site accommodations suit all needs and budgets. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be arranged in advance at our on-campus dining halls. The all-you-care-to-eat buffet is a reasonably priced yet satisfying option for groups and teams of 25 people or more.
Queen’s campus offers a wide variety of venues for conferences, meetings, banquets, and events. Our experienced event coordinators are pleased to offer a full spectrum of professional event management services, making the complete coordination of your event simple and successful.
The Queen’s Athletics & Recreation Centre (ARC), a state-of-the-art facility featuring a gymnasium with seating for 1,900; an additional four gymnasiums with space for multiple courts; fitness centre; indoor 25-meter, 14-lane pool; squash and racquet courts and multi-purpose rooms. Queen’s offers four artificial turf fields including Richardson Stadium, which has capacity for 8,000 people.
