Banquets and Receptions
We have venues to accommodate a whole host of events from large receptions to intimate gatherings. Our elegant and historic banquet rooms are suitable for 20-600 guests while our contemporary atriums offer standing room for up to 200 guests.
Suggested Banquet Venues
Ban Righ Banquet and Conference Hall
Starting with the Eliza S. Gordon Main Dining Room, the space features large arch shaped windows, oak tables and chairs, skylights and air-conditioning. This dining room can seat up to 500 guests. When divided into two rooms, each side can accommodate up to 250 guests seated. This 9900 sq. ft. venue is also an ideal location for exhibitions or trade-shows. A large terrace runs the length of the room with a lovely outdoor staircase descending onto the courtyard. Rental Fees: $1,500.00/day (Saturday); $900.00/day (Sunday to Friday).
The Eliza S. Gordon Private Dining Room with a private door leading into the Eliza S. Gordon Main Dining Room, is perfect for meetings, receptions or small dinners. This room seats up to 72 for casual meals or meetings and can be divided in half to seat 30 guests on each side. Rental Fee: $200.00/day
Levana Dining Room, with a capacity of 150 for a stand-up reception, boasts a bright and sunny atmosphere complete with arched French doors that lead to the courtyard. Air-conditioning, an in-house sound system and round tables make this room perfect for meetings, receptions, barbeques or banquets. Rental Fee: $400.00/day
The Levana Courtyard, adjacent to the Levana Dining Room, is often the site of outdoor weddings, casual barbeques, or as an outdoor venue for a coffee break during meetings. Suitable for ceremonies of 120 guests. This venue is rented only with Levana Dining Room.
The Elspeth Baugh Fireside Room offers an excellent venue for stand-alone events, or as a complement to the Main Dining Hall. The Elspeth Baugh Fireside Room is perfect for meetings or receptions of up to 110, or to seat up to 80 for dining. A data projector and sound system may be arranged for this room that features convenient blackout curtains. Rental Fee: $350.00/day
The Deans of Women Tower Lounge, attached to the Elspeth Baugh Fireside Room, provides an elegant venue for small receptions or private dinners. Rental Fee: $200.00/day

Deans of Women Tower Lounge: May to August only.
A campus landmark, Grant Hall is a spectacular venue for a banquet or reception. With a stunning decor that features hardwood floors, stained glass windows, a built in soundsystem and capacities capable of a 150 person VIP banquet to a 375 person reception, Grant Hall is a unique venue with an outstanding atmosphere. The auditorium floor measures 4602 sq ft and a full stage expands 1193 sq ft. Availability: All year except between Christmas and New Years, Easter or Thanksgiving weekends.
