Bookings are confirmed within 3 business days of receipt, however may take longer during peak-times (September, April & May).
Complex bookings and/or external booking requests may incur additional processing time and/or fees.
If your event is recurring, please include additional dates and times in the section provided below. Note, recurring bookings should
include specific dates and will be booked within the current term or academic year only.
Last minute bookings may not be able to be accommodated. Please allow adequate time to ensure resources are available.
