Ban Righ Hall is an elegant and historic venue nestled in the heart of Queen’s University. Suitable for Weddings from 100 to 400 guests.

Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts is located on the shores of Lake Ontario with floor to ceiling windows and an adjacent outdoor patio…simply stunning! Suitable for Weddings for up to 180 guests. The Isabel Wedding Package-2017

The Ban Righ Hall and The Isabel Bader Centre Wedding Packages require a minimum of 100 guests.

The Donald Gordon Centre is a historic property which provides an ideal setting for an intimate Wedding celebration. Beautiful courtyard gardens with accommodation onsite. Suitable for weddings from 60 to 120 guests.

Chicken Supreme with Fontina, Artichoke and Sundried Tomato with a Smoked Tomato Coulis- Served with a golden rice pilaf and sauteed zucchini and yellow squash

Maple Mustard Grilled Atlantic Salmon- With fresh green beans and steamed baby potatoes

Roasted Wild Salmon-  With lemon and oregano served with a red pepper and corn relish with a brown rice pilaf and roasted asparagus

Herb Encrusted Beef Striploin – With sauce forestiere. Served with mini Yorkshire pudding, whipped Yukon gold potatoes and roasted vegetables.

Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Garlic Sauce –  Served with leek and tomato quinoa and a wild mushroom ragout

Pumpkin Seed Crusted Rack Of Lamb Stuffed with Minted Feta Cheese – Served with a blueberry demi-glace accompanied with potato and leek latkes and green beans and tomatoes. Only available in Ban Righ Hall – maximum 200 Guests.

Children’s Menu – Chicken Fingers  Available for guests between 4 and 12 years. Infants free.

Deli Buffet – Build your own sandwiches on freshly baked breads and rolls with fresh salads; Fillings and garnishes include:

  • Flour tortilla shells and nacho chips

Sliders with Fries – Includes Natural Beef Slider with Red Fife Bun and Homemade Chipotle Mayo – The Canadian Grilling Company with French fries. Traditional garnishes include: Lettuce, tomato, cheddar, onions, mustard, relish, ketchup (Sweet potato fries are available in place of regular fries – add $1.00 per person).

Gourmet Grilled Cheese Late Night Station

  • Six year old cheddar and marmalade on Panini
  • Brie smoked turkey and pear on multi-grain bread
  • Havarti prosciutto on marble rye
  • Fontina grilled chicken and dried cranberry on roasted garlic loaf served with flavoured ketchup and condiments (chipotle, cilantro, mango chutney, old fashion ketchup)

Available in Ban Righ only. Add seasonal fruit –  $3.00 per person.

Cheese and Sweet Bites

  • Domestic and imported cheese tray with assorted crackers
  • Assorted squares, tarts, and cookies

Add Fresh Seasonal Sliced Fruit for $3.00 per person

Dip and Dunk Bar

Seasonal crudités served with a variety of dips, spreads, and tapenades accompanied by pita wedges, herbed flatbread, and artisan breads Choice of three dips:

  • Spinach and feta
  • Black bean and hummus
  • Bacon and blue cheese
  • Baba ganoush
  • Sun-dried tomato dip
  • Black olive tapenade
  • Cajun and curry dip

Quesadilla Station – Fresh chicken and vegetarian flour tortilla quesadillas served with salsa and sour cream. Based on one chicken and one vegetarian per person; self-serve from the chaffing dish. Substitute chicken with beef – add $1.00 per person.

Mash Potato Martini Bar –Beef tenderloin with chocolate felvet sauce and Yukon mash; glazed pork tenderloin with mustard maple sauce on sweet potato mash. Chef carved; based on two per person. Substitute pork with chicken – add $1.00 per person.

Wedding Cupcakes

Candy Buffet – Wedding selections of sweet favourites. Each station a custom creation! Walk your guests through memory lane. Selections may include jelly beans, sour keys, gum drops, candy necklaces, licorice, homemade marshmallows, mini cupcakes, rice crispy squares, and more

Decadent Dipping Station – Selections of bite size seasonal fruit, shortbreads and marshmallow served with three dipping sauces dark chocolate, white chocolate and caramel.
