Looking for something a little different this season? Why not try one of our unique packages that feature a wide selection of themed menu items. This winter, try out one of our festive feasts that cater to all seasonal cravings and feature options such as roast turkey with a traditional sage dressing and apple cider gravy or a slow roasted mustard seed crusted beef striploin. Reception Menus

 Prices are per person unless otherwise noted. All packages are a minimum of 12 people Pricing applicable November 14, 2014 – February 28, 2015.

Snow Flake – $18.25 Crisp seasonal vegetable platter with herb dip, fresh sticks of carrot and celery, peppers and zucchini accompanied by florets of broccoli and a dipping duo of roasted red pepper and artichoke dips with fresh baguette wedges and classic garlic hummus with seasoned pita chips. Assorted crustless traditional tea sandwiches including egg salad, salmon salad, cream cheese and cucumber. Desserts include freshly baked cookies and gourmet squares, gingersnap and buttery shortbread cookies, mint Nanaimo bars and chocolate candy cane squares. Beverages of coffee, tea and cranberry punch.

Sleigh Bells – $21.25 Domestic cheese platter with crackers, sliced gourmet deli platter of house roasted beef, black forest ham, summer sausage, smoked turkey and genoa salami served with pickles and olives. Cranberry mayo and honey mustard dips with a bread basket. Crisp seasonal vegetable platter with herb dip, fresh sticks of carrot and celery, peppers and zucchini accompanied by florets of broccoli and cauliflower, garnished with grape tomatoes and English Cucumber. Baba Ghanoush (roasted eggplant dip seasoned with toasted cumin and roasted garlic) with pita and bagel chips. Dessert offers maple tarts and fruit tarts Beverages of hot cider and cranberry punch.

Festive Feast Reception – $30.00 Gourmet antipasto platter of Italian meats, pickled and marinated vegetables with foccacia bread. Smoked salmon platter served with chive cream cheese and crackers. Roasted red pepper and goat cheese mousse with bagel and pita chips and a gourmet cheese platter with a selection of domestic and imported cheeses festively garnished and served with a selection of crackers. Sparkling cranberry punch and hot wassail for beverages and a selection of seasonal hors d’oeuvres (5 per person) including:

    •  Feta walnut date cigars
    • Cranberry crunch salad cups
    • Cranberry crab Rangoon
    • Spanish olive and cream cheese canapes
    • Bloody Mary shrimp
    • Cumin roasted potato with caviar and salmon

Plated & Buffet Options

Wonderland Plated Luncheon – $36.00 A first course of roasted parsnip and calvados soup – a puree of roasted parsnips finished with cream and calvados brandy. Gourmet mixed salad with poached pears and candied pecans with a light cabernet vinaigrette. An entree of chicken breast with cranberry stuffing and a maple demi-glace accompanied with a bulgur pilaf and seasonal vegetables. Followed with pumpkin cheesecake with marshmallow–sour cream topping.

Blizzard Chill Plated Dinner Menu – $40.00 Roasted butternut squash soup with gingered shrimp, a salad of festive field greens with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts, drizzled with a Dijon vinaigrette. Slow roasted mustard seed crusted beef striploin with roasted balsamic onions with a cabernet sauvignon jus lie. Accompanied by a celery root mash and roasted seasonal root vegetables. Dessert is individual caramelized winter fruit custards.

Turkey Buffet – $34.00 Freshly baked rolls with butter, a mixed green salad with shredded vegetables and dressing. Sides include seafood pasta salad with lemon herb vinaigrette and sea salt and five bean salad. Main items include baked ham with a mustard red currant glaze and roast turkey with traditional sage dressing and apple cider gravy. Garlic mashed potatoes and Chef`s choice of seasonal fresh vegetables to accompany. Dessert is home-style apple crisp and chocolate candy cane squares with freshly brewed coffee and tea.

Light Offerings & Breaks

Light Festive Luncheon – $18.50 Mixed greens with cranberries, almonds, mandarin oranges and red onion with poppy seed dressing. Sweet potato salad with orange maple dressing. Sandwiches and wraps made on freshly baked breads, rolls and flour tortilla wraps, options include: Turkey wrap with cranberry mayonnaise; Ham & brie with honey mustard on a whole grain baguette; Roast beef, onion & havarti on panini roll; Turkey & cornbread stuffing on herbed flatbread. Accompanied by a festive seasonal fruit platter of assorted fruit and butter tarts with assorted squares and chocolate dipped shortbread cookies. Hot apple cider with cinnamon bark for the beverage.

Spiced Tea Package – $9.25 Tea triangle sandwiches, cranberry lemon loaf, chocolate dipped shortbread and spiced tea.

Winter Warm Up Package – $6.25 Assorted hand rolled truffles, ginger snaps, hot apple cider and hot chocolate.

Cookie Break – $6.25 Shortbread star cookies and ginger snaps, chocolate bark and hot chocolate.

Torte Break – $5.25 Apple Bavarian torte and egg nog.
