Banquet Menu Options

All banquets are accompanied by freshly baked rolls and butter, Fair Trade coffee, decaf and tea. Minimum order of 50 people applies or additional costs will be added. Choose one (1) appetizer, one (1) entree, and one (1) dessert from the following options.

Appetizers - Choose One

Salad Options (Either soup or salad. Soups may be added as a fourth course at an additional $5 per person)

  • Arugula and watercress salad with orange segments and an orange poppy seed dressing (Spring and Summer) (140 Calories)
  • Romaine & spinach with sliced strawberries, raspberries & blueberries with honey mint vinaigrette (Spring and Summer) (288 Calories)

Chicken Options $37 per person

  • Braised chicken Provencal with tomato kalamata olives and garlic served with seven grain rice pilaf, and roasted zucchini and peppers (844 Calories)
  • Sage roasted chicken with Madeira sauce served with whipped chive potatoes and sautéed vegetables (415 Calories)

Chicken Supreme Options $39 per person

  • Apple wood smoked cheddar stuffed chicken supreme breast with maple syrup Irish whiskey glaze, roasted sweet potatoes, and a sautéed vegetable medley (764 Calories)
  • Panko crusted chicken breast supreme stuffed with goat cheese and apricots served with sage saffron rice pilaf and ratatouille (886 Calories)

Salmon Options $40 per person (Please ask for the availability of other fresh fish may be available. Customized pricing may apply)

  • Grilled salmon with lime butter served with black lentils and leeks, snap peas and red pepper (910 Calories)
  • Almond crusted salmon with leek and lemon cream served with saffron rice and roasted root vegetables (924 Calories)

Beef Strip Loin Options $43 per person

  • Herb crusted beef strip loin with cremini mushroom stuffing and a Merlot demi-glace served with roasted sweet potatoes, snap peas and red pepper (1478 Calories)
  • Pepper crusted New York strip loin with hunter sauce served with herb roasted potatoes and ratatouille (1064 Calories)

Beef Tenderloin $47 per person

  • Roast beef tenderloin with a roasted shallot & port wine sauce served with Yukon gold potato gratin with horseradish and a Parmesan sautéed vegetable medley (1098 Calories)

Vegetarian Options $36 per person (Salad and Dessert options will be paired from the menu selected for the group)

  • Grilled vegetable Napoleon with roasted red pepper sauce accompanied by lentil pilaf – Vegan (386 Calories)
  • Vegetable strudel with feta served with a roasted tomato sauce (408 Calories)

Deli Buffet – Build your own sandwiches on freshly baked breads and rolls with fresh salads; Fillings and garnishes include:

  • Genoa salami
  • Roast turkey

  • Country ham
  • Swiss cheese
  • Marble cheese
  • Lettuce, tomatoes, assorted pickles, red onion, and condiments

Choice of two salads:

Poutine Bar –Includes:

  • French fries and sweet potato frites
  • Gravy Coney sauce
  • Fresh curds

Taco & Nacho Bar – Includes:

  • Flour tortilla shells and nacho chips
  • Spicy beef & Mexican-inspired chicken
  • Re-fried beans
  • Lava cheese sauce
  • Garnishes include: chopped onions, fresh tomato, salsa, sour cream, and olives

Sliders with Fries – Includes Natural Beef Slider with Red Fife Bun and Homemade Chipotle Mayo – The Canadian Grilling Company with French fries. Traditional garnishes include: Lettuce, tomato, cheddar, onions, mustard, relish, ketchup (Sweet potato fries are available in place of regular fries – add $1.00 per person).

Gourmet Grilled Cheese Late Night Station

  • Six year old cheddar and marmalade on Panini
  • Brie smoked turkey and pear on multi-grain bread
  • Havarti prosciutto on marble rye
  • Fontina grilled chicken and dried cranberry on roasted garlic loaf served with flavoured ketchup and condiments (chipotle, cilantro, mango chutney, old fashion ketchup)

Available in Ban Righ only. Add seasonal fruit –  $3.00 per person.

Cheese and Sweet Bites

  • Domestic and imported cheese tray with assorted crackers
  • Assorted squares, tarts, and cookies

Add seasonal fruit – $3.00 per person

Dip and Dunk Bar

Seasonal crudités served with a variety of dips, spreads, and tapenades accompanied by pita wedges, herbed flatbread, and artisan breads Choice of three dips:

  • Spinach and feta
  • Black bean and hummus
  • Bacon and blue cheese
  • Baba ganoush
  • Sun-dried tomato dip
  • Black olive tapenade
  • Cajun and curry dip

Quesadilla Station – Fresh chicken and vegetarian flour tortilla quesadillas served with salsa and sour cream. Based on one chicken and one vegetarian per person; self-serve from the chaffing dish. Substitute chicken with beef – add $1.00 per person.

Mash Potato Martini Bar –Beef tenderloin with chocolate velvet sauce and Yukon mash; glazed pork tenderloin with mustard maple sauce on sweet potato mash. Chef carved; based on two per person. Substitute pork with chicken – add $1.00 per person.

Candy Buffet – Selections of sweet favourites. Each station a custom creation! Walk your guests through memory lane. Selections may include jelly beans, sour keys, gum drops, candy necklaces, licorice, homemade marshmallows, mini cupcakes, rice crispy squares, and more

Decadent Dipping Station – Selections of bite size seasonal fruit, shortbreads and marshmallow served with three dipping sauces dark chocolate, white chocolate and caramel.

Please review the following guidelines for your banquet or buffet and make note of important deadlines and additional fees. For any questions or concerns, please address them with your coordinator.

Banquet Guidelines

  • White table linen and napkins are included
  • Elegant china and cutlery are included
  • $3 per person will be charged for two or more entree selections (Vegetable and starch selection must be the same for both entrees. Does not included vegetarian selections)
  • Minimum of 50 people required. If your group numbers are less, custom pricing is available with a minimum of 25 people.
  • Custom menu design fee $100
  • Confirmation required 14 days prior to event
  • Orders modified within 48 hours are subject to a $40 service fee
  • Menu prices are subject to change

  • Includes preset water, china, cutlery, white linen and staff for 4 hours
