Ban Righ Hall

Ban Righ Main Dining Hall features large arch shaped windows, oak tables and chairs, skylights and air-conditioning. This dining room can seat up to 500 guests. When divided into two rooms, each side can accommodate up to 250 guests seated.  This 9900 sq. ft. venue is also an ideal location for exhibitions or tradeshows. A large terrace runs the length of the room with a lovely outdoor staircase descending onto the courtyard.  $1500.00 Saturday; $900.00 Sunday to Friday

The Private Dining Room with a private door leading into the Main Dining Hall, is perfect for meetings, receptions or small dinners. This room seats up to 72 for casual meals or meetings and can be divided in half to seat 30 guests on each side. $200.00

Lower Ban Righ Dining Hall, with a capacity of 150 for a stand-up reception, boasts a bright and sunny atmosphere complete with arched French doors that lead to the courtyard. Air-conditioning, an in-house sound system and round tables make this room perfect for meetings, receptions, barbeques or banquets. $400.00

Ban Righ Courtyard, adjacent to the Lower Dining Room, is often the site of outdoor weddings, casual barbeques, or as an outdoor venue for a coffee break during meetings. Suitable for ceremonies of 120 guests.  Rented only with Lower Ban Righ Dining Room.

The Elspeth Baugh Fireside Room offers an excellent venue for stand-alone events, or as a complement to the Main Dining Hall. The Fireside Room is perfect for meetings or receptions of up to 110, or to seat up to 80 for dining. A data projector and sound system may be arranged for this room that features convenient blackout curtains. $350.00

The Deans of Women Tower Lounge, attached to the Fireside Room, provides an elegant venue for small receptions or private dinners. $200.00

Ban Righ Main Dining Room: Sept. to April—Saturdays & Sundays only (campus related events only).  May to August—any day of the week ( campus activites plus private events) 

Private Dining Room, Fireside Room, Lower Dining Room and Courtyard: Sept. to August – Anytime.  Private events accept May to August only.
